1. Services Provided

24×7 Repair Point provides doorstep home appliance repair and maintenance services across the National Capital Region (NCR), including:

• Delhi

• Noida

• Greater Noida

• Ghaziabad

• Faridabad

• Gurugram

Our services may include repair and servicing of:

• Refrigerators

• Washing Machines

• Air Conditioners (AC)

• Microwave Ovens

• Geysers

• And other household appliances

Service availability may vary depending on the location, appliance type, technician availability, and nature of the repair.

2. Booking and Scheduling

Customers can book our services through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Name and contact details

• Service address

• Appliance information

• Description of the problem

We aim to provide prompt and convenient service, including same-day service where available. However, appointment times may depend on technician availability, traffic, location, parts availability, and other logistical factors.

3. Inspection, Service Charges & Payments

Our technician may inspect the appliance before recommending a repair.

• The estimated repair cost will be communicated before repair work begins.

• Charges may include inspection/visit charges, labour charges, spare parts, and other applicable service charges.

• Additional charges may apply if further faults are identified and additional work is requested.

• Payment is generally due upon completion of the agreed service.

• Accepted payment methods may include cash, UPI, or other payment methods communicated by us.

• If a customer declines the repair after inspection, an applicable inspection or visit fee may be charged.

4. Warranty Policy

24×7 Repair Point provides a 28-day service warranty on eligible repairs performed by our technicians.

The warranty applies only to the same issue or repair covered during the original service.

The service warranty does not cover:

• New or unrelated problems

• Physical or accidental damage

• Damage caused by misuse or improper operation

• Tampering with the appliance after repair

• Repairs or servicing performed by another technician or third party

• Issues caused by external electrical, water, gas, or other supply conditions

Replacement parts may have a separate manufacturer or supplier warranty, where applicable.

Warranty eligibility may require inspection by our technician.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers are requested to cancel or reschedule appointments at least two hours before the scheduled service time.

Last-minute cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or customer unavailability at the service location may result in an applicable visit or inspection charge.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing:

• Safe and reasonable access to the appliance

• A suitable working area for the technician

• Accurate information about the appliance and reported issue

• Necessary permission for entry into gated societies, offices, or restricted premises

Customers should also keep valuable or personal belongings safely away from the service area and ensure pets do not interfere with the technician’s work.

7. Limitation of Liability

24×7 Repair Point will make reasonable efforts to provide professional repair services. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing faults or manufacturing defects

• Problems unrelated to the original repair

• Loss of food, water, or other consumables caused by appliance failure

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, parts availability, restricted access, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

• Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or third-party repairs

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in relation to a particular service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.

All content available on 24x7repairpoint.in, including text, graphics, images, logos, design elements, and other materials, is owned by or used with authorization by 24×7 Repair Point
