All services are carried out by trained technicians using professional tools and genuine or brand-compatible spare parts wherever required.

2. Booking & Scheduling

• Service bookings can be made via our website, phone call, WhatsApp, or direct communication.

• Customers must provide accurate contact details and a complete service address to ensure timely service.

• Same-day service is offered wherever possible and is subject to technician availability, distance, and operational constraints.

3. Service Charges & Payments

• After inspection, our technician will inform you of the estimated repair cost before starting any work.

• Charges may include inspection fees, labor charges, and the cost of spare parts if needed.

• Payments are to be made upon completion of the service through cash, UPI, or other accepted digital payment methods.

• If the customer decides not to proceed with the repair after inspection, a standard inspection/visit charge will apply.

4. Warranty Policy

• We provide a limited service warranty (up to 30 days) on the specific repair work performed.

• The warranty applies only to the same issue repaired during the service visit.

• The warranty does not cover:

  • New or unrelated faults

  • Physical or accidental damage after service

  • Tampering or repair by third-party technicians

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Spare parts, which may carry a separate manufacturer warranty

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.

• Late cancellations, denial of entry, or customer unavailability may result in a visit charge.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and accessible workspace for the technician.

• Secure pets, valuables, and personal belongings during the service visit.

• For societies or restricted premises, customers must arrange entry permission in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Muskan Electrician shall not be responsible for:

• Pre-existing or hidden appliance defects

• Issues arising due to prior damage, improper usage, or lack of maintenance

• Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, spare part availability, or unforeseen circumstances

• Indirect or consequential losses such as food spoilage or business downtime

Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service rendered.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
