1. Services Offered

24×7 Repair Point provides doorstep home appliance repair services in Faridabad and nearby areas.

Our services include repair and maintenance of:

  • Refrigerators

  • Microwave Ovens

  • Air Conditioners & Air Coolers

  • Geysers

  • Water Pumps

  • Gas Stoves & Gas Hobs

  • Kitchen Chimneys

  • Inverters and other household electrical appliances

All services are performed by trained technicians using professional tools and genuine or brand-compatible spare parts wherever required.


2. Booking & Scheduling

  • Service bookings can be made through our website, phone call, WhatsApp, or direct communication.

  • Customers must provide accurate contact details and a complete address to ensure smooth service.

  • Same-day service is provided wherever possible and depends on technician availability and operational conditions.


3. Service Charges & Payments

  • After inspection, our technician will inform you of the estimated repair cost before starting the work.

  • Charges may include inspection fees, labor charges, and spare part costs (if required).

  • Payment must be made after service completion via cash, UPI, or accepted digital payment methods.

  • If a customer declines repair after inspection, a standard visiting/inspection charge will apply.


4. Warranty Policy

  • We provide a limited service warranty (up to 30 days) on the specific repair work performed.

  • The warranty applies only to the same issue repaired during the visit.

The warranty does not cover:

  • New or unrelated faults

  • Physical or accidental damage after service

  • Repairs done by third-party technicians

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Spare parts (may carry separate manufacturer warranty)


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Late cancellations or customer unavailability may result in a visit charge.


6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and accessible working space for the technician.

  • Secure pets, valuables, and personal belongings during service.

  • Arrange entry permissions in advance for societies or restricted premises.


7. Limitation of Liability

24×7 Repair Point shall not be responsible for:

  • Pre-existing or hidden defects

  • Issues due to improper usage or lack of maintenance

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or spare part availability

  • Indirect losses such as food spoilage or business downtime

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, logos, images, and graphics, belongs to 24×7 Repair Point. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.


9. Changes to Terms
